2. The country of domicile is United Arab of Emirates and the governing law is the local law.
3. ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’
4. Minors and children under the age of 18 are not allowed to register at www.the360hub.com and the company hold no responsibility for people who do so.
5. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records as per the policy ofwww.the360hub.com
6. ‘’User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account and www.the360hub.com bears no responsibility for any misuse.

We accept payments in U.A.E. Dirhams only via Cash on Delivery or card payment via VISA or Master Card. We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed mentioning your order details as well as payment method. In case you pay using a card please keep a copy for your payment record.

Usually, all orders will process within 24 hours & local deliveries within UAE will be done in 1-2 business day after the order has been processed.
All orders will process and ship from Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on Weekends and Public Holidays according to UAE.
Note: Order placed by you does not mean its confirmed order. You will get order confirmation notification on your mail from outside.

Yes! In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email to support@the360hub.com   within 24 hours of your confirmation of order. If you order is not shipped we will cancel the order and will process full refund.

UAE Orders: In case the order is cancelled after the shipment dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee as reflected in your order confirmation. If the shipping fee is not reflecting in your order confirmation (in case of free shipping), the standard fee of AED 10 will be deducted.

All games (Software’s) does not come with warranty. However, some Accessories & Console (Hardware) have different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer only if mentioned on the products page.

Pre- ordered item will be processed on the day of release and delivery will follow 1-2 business days.
Pre-Ordered item cannot be cancelled once ordered and amount of item will be deducted same time when making the pre-order.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds are eligible if
The wrong product was sent by the www.the360hub.com
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.

We at www.the360hub.com do every effort to keep the inventory updated, but due to high volume of orders, items of high demand may get out of stock  at the time of fulfilment’s assured we will do everything to get the order at your doorstep on time.

No Refund Policy on digital products: Once receiving your order there are absolutely no refunds. The delivered product is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition, if your delivered product is not as described – please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
